- The regularly scheduled Board of Directors meeting for Lake Forest Community Association, Inc. will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at the offices of SBB Management Company, 8360 LBJ Freeway, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75243 at 4:00 p.m. Agenda for this meeting is located here. - Your Board of Directors for Lake Forest has you on their mind!!You spoke and they listened. After many months of listening to complaints and concerns they decided it was time to take action regarding the parking issues within Lake Forest. COMING SOON to your mail box will be the newly adopted and recorded parking policy that will go into effect immediately. Your Board of Directors has spent many hours writing and re-writing this policy. Please read and familiarize yourself with the new rules. We ask for everyone’s cooperation with the new policy.
In addition, enclosed in the mailing, there is a new form for toll tags access that needs to be filled out (green sheets). This notice is time sensitive, so please take a moment to fill out and send back to gate attendant or fax back to SBB.
